Return Policy

“Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we regret we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your purchased product from us must be unused and in the original condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products are exempted from being returned. Perishable goods such as Pets (Fish, Cat, Dog, Bird and any other living organisms) Food, Plants, Flowers, Newspapers or Magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept any products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase provided by us.

You should not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (as applicable)

* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds (as applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund claim.

If you are refund claim has been approved, then your refund claim will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within Seven Working days from our side, the same to be officially posted to your original payment method could vary based on the policies of the service provider such as Banks and third party payment providers such as Google Pay/Paytm etc.. 

Late or missing refunds (as applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company (in case if you have paid through credit card), it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, as this varies with Banks, as all of them have different policies.

Next contact your bank, with reference details of the refund provided to you by ourselves, There is often some processing time before a refund is posted (as mentioned above)

Sale items (as applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, we regret sale items cannot be refunded, as it has been sold at special rates.

Exchanges (as applicable)

We only replace items if they are having manufacture defects or manufacture damages. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at aquaverse.10@gmail.com and send your item to: No. Hanuman Nagar, 3rd Cross, New Thippasandra, Bangalore, KA, 560075, India.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you, if your refund claim is honoured, as governed by the above terms of our return policy.

If the product wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will have to find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: No. 52, Hanuman Nagar, 3rd Cross, New Thippasandra, Bangalore, KA, 560075, India.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, if return shipping is done by ourselves.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

When you are shipping a product back to us, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You will have to track the product through the shipping service you have opted for.
